Mr Peters was most recently CFO for Technicoil and brings many years of oilfield related experience to Pure Energy.
During his tenure as CFO, Mr Baldwin has been instrumental in creating and implementing the discipline and maturity to Pure Energy’s financial and reporting structure and systems necessary for a public company. In his new role, Mr Baldwin will take an active role in Pure Energy’s operations in both Canada and the US, working alongside Rutger Niers and Paul DeBonis.
