ScottishPower subsidiary PPM Energy has signed long-term power purchase agreements for all of the output from its 150 MW Shiloh Wind Project with a contract City of Palo Alto Utilities.
The 15 year contract has been completed before construction of the project, located in Solano County, California. Modesto Irrigation District and Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) are also contractors for the plant’s output.
