At Xantrex, Biskupski was responsible for the corporate finance, treasury, tax, information technology and legal. Prior to Xantrex, he was corporate controller of PMC-Sierra, Inc., implementing the internal control and disclosure certification processes (SOX44) and managing company’s financial business model through an industry down-turn. Throughout the 1990s, Biskupski has held various executive finance roles with Schlumberger Ltd. (Schlumberger) in the smart card and metering businesses. Incorporated in his responsibilities were the oversight of the worldwide operations; planning and management of global financial functions for high-growth business unit; and successful completion and integration of numerous strategic acquisitions. Prior to joining Schlumberger, Biskupski worked as the controller and accounting systems manager for Nortel Networks Corporation and was an auditor for the Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche).

Biskupski has earned an MBA from University of California at Los Angeles; Bachelor of Mathematics/Accounting from University of Waterloo; and is a CPA and a Canadian Chartered Accountant.
