Since 2000, Schindler had been CFO and Deputy CEO of the Siegfried Group, listed at SIX Swiss Exchange. He brings vast experience in international finance management and corporate finance. Richard Schindler is Swiss citizen, married and father of four children. In his new position, he will be responsible for all financial activities of Oerlikon Solar and located in Trubbach (Switzerland) headquarters.
