The new bulb incorporates a new enhanced dimming circuit and second generation Selective Heat Sink Technology.

The BR30 will produce the same light output as a 65W incandescent bulb while consuming less than 10W.

Nexxus said one new Array BR30 will replace an estimated 25 standard incandescent 65W BR30 bulbs over its average life time while using 85% less energy.

The new light bulb will be available commercially in March 2012.

Nexxus president and CEO Mike Bauer said an added benefit of our patented Selective Heat Sink Technology is the significant reduction in the weight of the lamp.
