National Fuel Gas Company has appointed Donna DeCarolis as vice president of business development and Joseph Vecchio as vice president of National Fuel Resources, the company's energy marketing unit.
Ms DeCarolis is responsible for pursuing acquisition opportunities for the company. In addition, Ms DeCarolis will remain president and a member of the board of directors for Horizon Power, and Horizon LFG.
Mr Vecchio is responsible for day-to-day management of the company’s energy marketing segment. Mr Vecchio began his employment with the company as a law clerk in 1995 and, after completing law school and briefly practicing with a local law firm, was hired as an attorney in 1998. In 2001, he was named as senior attorney and in 2002 was named as assistant general counsel of the utility’s risk management department.
