Magnum Hunter, through its subsidiary, MHR Exchangeco Corporation has acquired ownership through purchase of 100% stake in NuLoch.
The transaction was completed pursuant to the arrangement agreement between Magnum Hunter, Exchangeco and NuLoch dated January 19, 2011.
Also a related plan of arrangement received approval from the NuLoch and Magnum Hunter stockholders and other regulatory bodies.
