Energie Zotter Bau, which has said it will also compete in future auctions, is to spend EUR15 million on 16 plants due for completion by June 2012. Total installed capacity is 6.62 MW and annual generation 26.48 GWh.
The ministry statement did not specify terms of the arrangement with the contractor.
