The companies will work together to provide thermal coal for Datang Utility’s HeShan power plant in Guizhou province.
Under the terms of the agreement, L&L’s DaXing subsidiary will provide 20,000 tons of thermal coal per month over 12 months to HeShan power plant.
L&L chairman and CEO Dickson Lee said "We will work with our new strategic partner, AVIC International, to seek additional wholesale opportunities in Guangxi as well as other neighboring provinces," added Lee.
