The scope of Kentz’s work includes the supply of materials, erection, testing and pre-commissioning of the following systems:
Electrical
Power distribution, substation works, electrical integrated control system, lighting, earthing, UPS System and electrical heat tracing.
Instrumentation
Field instrumentation, instrument pipe and tubing, cabling, control room equipment, analyzer and sampling system, machine monitoring and the fire and gas systems.
Telecommunications
VHF and UHF radio, telephone, ship-to-shore hotline and CCTV.
Once installed and tested these will be integrated into existing systems in the operating area. Kentz’s work will commence immediately with the construction phase of the project scheduled for completion in December 2009.
