Keegan Resources has reported the latest assay results from its Esaase Project drilling programs in southwest Ghana.

In its resource infill drilling program, the company has encountered significant, consistent gold intercepts including 138m of 1.63 g/t Au, 116m of 1.4 g/t Au, 85m of 1.4 g/t Au, and 43m of 1.89 g/t Au.

In its Main Zone resource expansion program, Keegan continues to encounter significant gold bearing intercepts in down dip step-out holes, including 100.9m of 1.64 g/t Au, 48m of 1.83 g/t Au, 155m of 0.64 g/t Au and ten meters of 6.01 g/t Au.

At the D-1 Zone, the company drilled 38m of 1.79 g/t Au down dip from the current resource.

At the E zone, recently discovered under alluvial cover, Keegan intercepted 26m of 1.23 g/t Au.

In a hole drilled 400m to the north of the current extent of the Main Zone resource, Keegan intercepted six meters of 5.55 g/t.

The company currently has over 88 drill holes pending assay and is continuing its development and exploration drill programs.
