The project, which is located in British Columbia, was completed with initial lab results finding that oxidation is not an issue.

Two additional large diameter coreholes (LDC) have also been drilled due to better than expected coal occurrences in two of the reverse circulation (RC) holes.

A total of six reverse circulation and seven large diameter coreholes have been completed during the program.

Currently, detailed washability and coal quality testing is underway at Birtley Coal & Minerals Laboratory in Calgary, followed by interim results which will be released periodically.

Various coking coal properties will be assessed by the SGS, CanMet, and CoalTech testing facilities where as selected samples will be transferred to other laboratories as a quality control measure.

The company is due to begin pre-feasibility and Environmental Assessment on drilling program, following completion of suite of lab results and evaluation.
