Delivery of the first 20MW modules will take place in December 2013, while the remaining are to be delivered in the first quarter of 2014.

The full payment will be made before delivery, according to JA Solar .

The modules have an average power output of between 255W and 260W in a 60-cell format.

JA Solar executive chairman and CEO Baofang Jin said that this agreement is another sign of improving industry fundamentals and strong demand from the China market, which is expected to continue to grow rapidly in the next few years.

"JA Solar’s superior product offerings and our strong relationships with project developers in China ensure we are well positioned to benefit from this growth," Jin added.
