As part of the contract, Isleburn will supply 15 suction anchors to the project, which will be built in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire.
Isleburn will manufacture the suction anchors at its facilities at Nigg Energy Park, Scotland, starting in the first quarter of 2016. The delivery of suction anchors is scheduled in the first quarter of 2017.
Scotland Business, Energy and Tourism Minister Fergus Ewing said: "We continue to work closely with Statoil to ensure that other Scottish companies can also benefit from this project and to learn lessons for the future.
"We want to position Scotland as a world leader in this area as we look to utilize floating wind technology to unlock the deeper offshore sites."
Statoil offshore wind senior vice-president Stephen Bull said: "We are pleased to develop this project in Scotland, with a huge wind resource and an experienced supply chain from oil and gas.
"The suction anchors represent important components in this innovative project. The Hywind pilot park confirms the UK and Scotland’s position at the forefront of developing offshore wind as a competitive new energy source."
The Hywind pilot park will spread across 4km2 at a water depth of ranging from 95m to 120m.
The project will feature five turbines installed on floating structures at Buchan Deep, 25km offshore Peterhead.
Scheduled to be commissioned in late 2017, the wind farm is designed to generate clean electricity to power about 20,000 households.
