ICF International has secured a two-year contract worth $31m from a US utility to support energy efficiency programs.

The extension contract requires ICF to implement the energy efficiency portfolio for the utility.

The works will include designing and operating several energy efficiency programs, including a residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and water heating program.

The portfolio will also include an efficient lighting and appliances program, a Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program and additional pilot programs.

ICF said it offers results and solutions to a broad range of clients in the energy industry globally.

ICF is a provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients.
