Huaneng Power International has controlling interest in the project which will be constructed with generation capacity of 48MW.
The total investment of the project is estimated to be about CNY452m ($71m), of which 25% of the total investment will be project capital to be funded by Rudong Wind Power Generation Company.
The remaining investment will be funded by bank loans and the owners of the project.
