Independent petroleum refiner and marketer Holly Corporation has appointed Bruce Shaw as its senior vice president and chief financial officer. The company has also appointed George Damiris as senior vice president of supply and marketing and Gary Fuller as senior vice president of refinery operations.
Mr Shaw replaces Stephen McDonnell, who will assume the responsibility and position of assistant to the chairman of the board. Mr Shaw joined Holly in 1997 and has held a number of management positions since then. Prior to joining Holly, he was with the consulting firm McKinsey & Company.
Mr Damiris joined Holly in 2007 after an 18-year career with Koch Industries, where he was responsible for managing several refining and chemical businesses.
Mr Fuller will oversee refinery operations and capital projects for the independent refiner. Mr Fuller joins Holly after a 26-year career with Placid Refining.
