Under this agreement with NexPhase Lighting, Hi Score will own the line of American Made Energy Efficient LED Street Lights and Parking Lot Lights and all intellectual property rights to these lines of products at a price that Hi Score can afford without obtaining additional funding.
The company plans to produce the new line of LED lights under the Green Led Technology Label. The prototype will undergo a process of testing and the company expects the product to be ready for distribution by the end of the year.
Hi Score will begin distributing the line through its contracted wholesale distributor within the first quarter of 2011 and hopes to sell one million street lights over the next ten year, generating over half a billion dollars in revenue during that period.
