Grupa Lotos stated that the contract will be effective until December 31, 2008. The oil firm had earlier signed a E130.9 million deal to deliver liquid fuels to Russian oil company Lukoil’s local filling station subsidiary, Lukoil Warsaw.

The latest agreements come at a time when Grupa Lotos has witnessed a decline in profits and revenue. The company reportedly posted a E145.3 million consolidated net profit for the first nine months of 2007 on revenue figures of E2.5 billion, compared to a E158.3 million profit on revenue of E2.6 billion for the same period in 2006.
