The CHK 1190 development well is being drilled using Goldpetrol’s ZJ 450 rig to proposed depth of 3,000ft.

The company Interra’s cost share of drilling is funded from existing capital on hand.

Interra holds 60% interest in the Improved Petroleum Recovery Contract of the Chauk field and 60% of Goldpetrol, the operator of the field.

The well will be drilled in the South fault block of the Chauk field as an offset to CHK 1188, which was completed as an oil producer in mid 2014.

Interra Resources is engaged in exploration and production activities which include oil and gas production, field development and exploration.
