SunPower Corp will provide the SunPower T0 Tracker for the power project, located in San Jose, California.
The Tracker will utilize nearly 4,816 high-efficiency SunPower E 19 / 320 Solar Panels that generate up to 50% more energy than a similarly-sized system with conventional solar panels.
The high-efficiency solar system will generate about one-third of Evergreen Valley College’s electricity demand annually.
The ground-mounted solar system is expected to be completed in the first quarter of next year.
