The contract includes the complete Balance of Plant of the project: civil works, medium voltage line, substation, high voltage line and two new positions at the interconnection substation. 

The project is the third phase of the Tres Mesas wind farm, that was awarded to ENGIE in the second auction, back in September 2016. GES will be in charge of the detailed engineering of the project and the construction.
