Developed and promoted by Gamesa, the project featuring 30xG52-850kW wind turbines is located in Thivas in the Viotia region.
Having owned 35MWp of solar wind farms as well as several wind projects currently under development, the latest deal strengthens Eren’s presence in Greece.
Having forayed into Greece in 1999, Gamesa has built 87MW capacity and has a project portfolio of 547MW at various stages of development.
Gamesa said that it is a leading industrial group in the market installing 179MW and performs operation and maintenance services on turbines totaling 166MW.
