The J.K. Spruce 2 power plant to be located in San Antonio, Texas, is to have wet flue gas desulphurisation (WFGD) system and fabric filter installed by Alstom.
The power plant, owned and operated by CPS Energy, is working with Calaveras Power Partners to developed the system which is scheduled to begin commercial operation in 2010.
