The Electricity Supply Board (ESB) is selling two power stations, two peaking plants and two sites in Ireland as part of its agreement with Endesa.
Negotiations between ESB, its staff, their representative trade unions and Endesa are expected to commence with a view to dealing with all matters relating to employees affected by the sale. It is anticipated that this process will be concluded by the end of 2008.
