Argos Terminals is an independent mineral oil storage terminal operator in the Port of Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
EQT and Argos Group will together continue to develop and grow the storage and terminals business at the Rotterdam Pernis Terminal.
The transaction is expected to be closed by the end of July 2011 and is subject to approval from the Dutch Competition Authority and completion of consultation with the unions.
EQT is a private equity group in northern Europe with more than EUR13bn ($18.84bn) in raised capital and multiple investment strategies.
