According to the company, the wind farm will utilize 1MW Mitsubishi turbines. enXco Service will provide operation and maintenance (O&M) for the balance of plant as well as project management during the turbine manufacturer’s warranty period.

In addition, 24/7 remote monitoring and fault resets of the 180 wind turbines will be provided from enXco Service’s operations control center located in Pipestone, Minnesota, said the company.

Mike Adcock, asset manager at Eurus Energy America, said: “Eurus is glad to have enXco as the O&M provider for the Texas project. We look forward to continuing our relationship in future.”

Earlier in October, enXco said that it has signed a multi-year Operations and Maintenance service agreement with PacifiCorp, a subsidiary of MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company, for six wind energy projects generating a total of 456 megawatts of electricity from renewable, emission-free wind.

enXco develops, constructs, operates and manages renewable energy projects throughout the United States. Its portfolio includes solar and biomass technologies. The company is also the owner and developer of wind-energy installations in the United States, and an operations & maintenance provider for wind farms in North America.
