enXco Development Corp developed and constructed the Crane Creek wind farm in 2009 and the wind farm turned over to WPS upon completion in a turnkey transaction.
The wind farm, which is located in Howard County, is comprised of 66 units of GE 1.5MW wind turbines.
Under the terms of the O&M agreement, enXco Service Corp will provide complete O&M for the turbines and 24/7 remote monitoring and fault resets from its fully NERC compliant Operations Control Center.
