The $147m Phase 6 project adds 40,000 bpd of capacity from the western end of the system to Minot, North Dakota, and 51,000 bpd of capacity from Minot to Clearbrook, Minnesota, where the North Dakota system interconnects with the Enbridge Lakehead mainline system and the Minnesota Pipeline.
