BioEnergy plans to create renewable energy and clean fuels, and is currently in negotiations with various entities for the acquisition of and co-development of such technologies.
Upon the completion of these negotiations, BioEnergy will commercially leverage its biologically based energy technologies in the growing green energy sector.
CytoGenix CEO Lex Cowsert said that through the implementation of BioEnergy’s business plan, the company expects to see significant and immediate growth reflected in strong revenue growth for the year ending 2010.
