Financial services giant Citibank has launched a new Citibank platinum extreme bonus campaign in Thailand, which offers more benefits in six popular card holder spend categories, namely food/groceries, travel, gasoline, hotel, restaurant and medical/hospital.

The campaign is designed to complement the group’s already established rewards and benefit schemes. The benefits will be available until July 31, 2007.

Voralak Tulaphorn, cards business director of Citibank, commented: The campaign is also a way of showing gratitude to our loyal customer base and they can look forward to offers such as a 5% cash rebate for supermarket purchases, up to 50% discount at many top eateries and complimentary nights at a number of leading hotels and resorts.

Citibank platinum select credit card holders can take advantage of a 3% cash rebate for every THB1,000 spend at participating Shell gas stations from May 1, 2007. In addition, the card holders can also enjoy up to a 50% discount at more than 1,000 participating restaurants in the country and over 2,000 worldwide.
