The modules sold will be used to design and mount customized PV systems for commercial and residential ground mount and rooftop projects, mostly in north and east area of Germany.
Over 18MW of the modules will be used in ground mount power projects, while the remaining will be used in rooftop projects.
The solar modules will be delivered by China Sunergy within the fourth quarter of this year.
China Sunergy manufactures solar cells from silicon wafers, which utilize crystalline silicon solar cell technology to convert sunlight directly into electricity, and assembles solar cells into solar modules.
