This outage affected the Escravos crude oil production, according to traders.

According to loading schedules, about 150,000 bpd of exports from the Escravos stream operated by Chevron were delayed to September 2009 from August 2009.

Since then output looks to have recovered with preliminary loading programmes showing around 127,000 bpd of Escravos loading in September 2009, rising to 153,000 bpd in October 2009. This is still far lower than peak Escravos production of more than 300,000 bpd.
