The two landholders are affiliated with each other in respect to its Miller property, provides rights to Canada Carbon to surface access for an initial period of five years.

Canada Carbon will perform regular graphite prospecting and exploration programs which include, but not limited to, carrying out topographic, geological, geochemical and geophysical surveys.

The company will also conduct underground or surface excavations, explorations and drillings, digging and trenching, and obtaining and testing geochemical or metallurgic samples at the Miller property which covers 20.7 km2.

Canada Carbon CEO R. Bruce Duncan said, "We are very pleased to have secured this surface access agreement which we believe is advantageous to all stakeholders and will form the basis for the continued development of the Miller Property."
