The company reported operating revenues of $197.3 million for the first quarter of 2008, a 5% increase compared to $188.1 million for the same period of 2007. For the first quarter of 2008, EBITDA was $133.8 million, a 19% increase compared to $112.5 million for the period of 2007.

The company’s East Texas to Mississippi Expansion Project is nearing completion with the remaining compression expected to be completed in the second quarter 2008. The partnership said that it is currently meeting its full contract demand of 1.4 billion cubic feet (bcf) per day.

The partnership expects the initial 1.2bcf per day of capacity to be in service during the second quarter of 2008 and expects this project to be expanded to 2.2bcf per day in the first quarter of 2009 in conjunction with the completion of the Gulf Crossing Project.
