Helios will manufacture and supply solar panels to Arista Power for use in its products and for resale.
In addition, Helios will refer to Arista Power solar opportunities that include an energy storage component, and Arista will be a distributor of Helios’s products to the US military.
Helios CEO Steve Ostrenga said one of the major benefits of Helios’ modules is their flexibility, which makes it possible to design systems that satisfy a variety of needs, from residential, commercial and governmental applications.
"We view this as a perfect fit with Arista Power’s products, which are scalable and can be adapted to serve a variety of markets," Ostrenga said.
Arista Power is a developer and manufacturer of wind turbines and custom-designed renewable energy storage and power management systems and a supplier of solar energy systems.
