Mr Hatleskog will lead the field development business division until the new business structure is in place.
Mr Hatleskog previously worked as the senior vice president for construction and supply management in Aker Solutions’s field development business. He reportedly has 20 years experience at Aker Solutions, including being the project director for the Karsto and Kashagan developments.

The current executive for field development, Paal Helsing, has been appointed as the senior vice president for strategy and technology, reporting to the company’s president and CEO. Executive vice president Torleif Gram, will continue to lead the modifications and operations business until the new structure is in place.
