Ineos is a global manufacturer of petrochemicals, specialty chemicals and oil products. The scope of the agreement covers engineering and design, project management and control services.
The agreement also covers procurement and construction management services, including the coordination and management of subcontractors, expediting, quality control, scheduling, process supervision and health, safety and environment support.
