New York, US-based consultancy Parsons Brinckerhoff has acquired the UK-based Kennedy & Donkin Group.
Both companies are international engineering planning and construction management organisations, active in worldwide in infrastructure sectors including energy. With the addition of Kennedy & Donkin personnel, Parsons Brincker-hoff will employ 7000 people in 200 offices worldwide.
Senior managers at Kennedy & Donkin will remain in post, including managing director John Springate, who said the new group offers ‘substantial synergies in a business environment that is wholly compatible with our culture and goals’.
