Standby power for Bahrain’s tallest building, the 140 m high National Bank of Bahrain headquarters, will be provided by two Cummins 1374 kVA gensets, which will be Bahrain’s largest standby installation in a commercial building.
The gensets have been installed in two purpose-built plantrooms on the fifth floor of the 25 storey building. The plantrooms, located on opposite corners of the transfer floor, feature air inlet and outlet attenuators and twin-silenced exhausts fitted to both sets.
