Note: 1. Knife penetration precedes cutting. 2. Maximum delivered by a male adult is 14kg. 3. Maximum delivered by a male adult is 16kg. 4. The number of passes a normal cutter is required until the complete specimen, including the armor layer and the normal layer is completely cut through. Cutting is performed by a normal cutter knife that is set at an angle of 45 to the plane of the specimen with a 6kg load applied vertically.
