Metrolight, Inc. (Metrolight) has partnered with US Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Energy Star program to improve energy efficiency. Under the terms of the partnership, Metrolight will measure and track performance of the company’s energy management solutions by using tools offered through Energy Star. The company will also develop and implement plans consistent with the Energy star energy management guidelines to achieve energy savings.

The company assumes that strategic, corporate energy management programs will improve its overall financial health and aid in preserving the environment for future generations.

Under the partnership with Energy Star, the company will:

Promote the importance of energy efficiency to its staff, clients, partners and community;

Support Energy Star Challenge, a national call-to-action to improve the energy efficiency of America’s commercial and industrial buildings by 10% or more;

Highlight achievements with recognition offered through Energy Star.
