Perkins is supplying engines to genset manufacturer Cukurova for one of Turkey’s principal private banks, the Yapi Kredi. The gensets will be used for standby power, and will consist of 4 x 1100 kVA/10 kV, and 2 x 1650 kVA/0.4 kV.
Cukurova also supplied four Perkins engines to one of Ankara’s major hypermarkets, Migros Store Chinas. Total power supplied is 3900 kVA, with 4 gensets parallel to the mains. Turkcell, Turkey’s largest mobile phone operator, chose Cukurova gensets for standby power.
