Deutz Energy has sold 16 gensets for a 50 MW peak shaving station located in Chowchilla California. The units are electronically controlled 16 cylinder gas engines of the TBG series operating at 900 rpm and controlled by TEM EVO systems. They are lean burn aided by selective catalytic reactor exhaust treatment to meet stringent local stanards.
Total contract time between ordering and commissioning was only 160 days.
