The country is currently sending its staff to receive training abroad, Hong said.
According to the education ministry, the training plan is estimated to cost VND2 trillion.
The plant will be mainly built and operated by foreign experts.
“The Ministry of Education and Training has completed the draft of the nuclear power human resources training project to submit to the government by the end of this year,” Hong added.
