Engineering activities will begin in December 2009 with 40% or more of the engineering executed from Jacobs Engineering’s Mumbai, India, office.
In making this announcement, Jacobs Group Vice President Chip Mitchell stated, “We have worked with oil producers to develop economically viable production facilities for more than 30 years, and in that time have completed in excess of 40 heavy oil recovery projects. This major project strengthens our position as a leader in the in-situ industry. We are thrilled to add this facility to our increasing portfolio.”
