Kabankalan City Mayor Pedro Zayco and Jr., Executive Vice President of Conal Tirso Santillan and ALTO Power Management Corp., signed the MoU on February 10, 2009.
Santillan said that they will commence the feasibility study soon.
Conal is also conducting a detailed engineering work on the Bago river for a 40 MW hydro power, which will become operational by 2013.
Santillan said that the plant for the Bago river will either be located in Murcia, Don Salvador Benedicto and San Carlos city.
