According to the agreement signed on June 18, 2009 with Lilama, the company would supply the boiler, install it under its supervision, and conduct test runs at Vung Ang 1 coal-fired power plant. The Plant is located in Ha Tinh province, which has a power generation capacity of about 1,200 megawatts (MW), stated Lilama.
During April 2009, Lilama entered into a contract with the owner of the plant and a state oil monopoly, Petrovietnam, to construct the power plant within 45 months.
