Dr Gal Luft is co-director of the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security (IAGS), a Washington-based think tank focusing on energy security. He is also senior adviser to the United States Energy Security Council and co-founder of the Set America Free Coalition, which hopes to reduce the US’s dependence on foreign oil.
