Deutz Energy has been highly successful in selling gensets in the power range up to 1.4 MWe in France, especially for CHP plants in the Paris region.
The main buyers have been SDMO and Electricité Industrielle JP Fauché. SDMO alone has ordered 200 gensets with 16 cylinder 620 series engines (shaft power 1.4 MWe).
